The manager would only allow the TV to be placed on a very racist station, which made the environment extremely uncomfortable if you were a person of color.

The manager of the center kept the TV on a TV station that was very racist. It catered to certain racist audience. It did not cater to people of color. He would not allow any other channel.

Great job!!! Car looked brand new when I picked it up!!! Shelby, who coordinated and communicated was wonderful. You are so lucky to have her!!!! Knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive…… Additionally, I am proud to report and praise the honesty of your staff in the shop. I forgot and left $22 in bills stuffed in the driver’s visor. It was there and untouched when I picked up the car…. Your organization hires exceptional people and I am convinced after dealing with other Cadillac dealers in town that yours is the best. Shelby very attentive, a great problem solved, customer service top notch. However the rating is geared more towards the the body works quality as the vehicle has to be returned for missed paint areas and bumper not tightly secured. After being without a vehicle for almost 2 months, the expectation was to pick up and be done.

I had been in a 4 car pile upa few hours earlier, didn't know if I was coming or going. It was recommended by Enterprise car rental to leave my car with Central Houston Collision. I was introduced to Shelby Cantu how made me feel comfortable with her expertise, I appreciated how she kept me updated on the repairs of my vehicle and was really impressed by the fact that my vehicle was ready a week BEFORE the estimated time!!
