The car was finally fix and looks great, but it took 3 weeks more than what they said it would take. Communication was very poor. I had no idea what was happening. I finally had to call myself to get an update.

They never called to update me on my car as I was expecting it to be done in 10-14 days like the paperwork indicated. It took 30 days! Very hard to not have a car during the holiday season! It should have been done well before Christmas. Also, I think it is ridiculous that a customer cannot pay with a credit card unless you pay a large fee. It would be nice with a large payment to get card benefits.
