Highly disappointed with the lack of attention to detail. Missing parts, uneven parts, and even failure to research and communicate why features were malfunctioning. I spoke with Matt and he assured me the missing parts would be ordered and he will have someone check the remote start system the day the missing parts are installed. Until then I remain dissatisfied with the service

Definitely fixed the problem from before, but there are some minor damages from being fixed on the inside of the windows. Looks like sparks were hitting the drivers & front passenger window from the inside and left small burn marks you can see and feel. New paint looks great except on the front passenger door there is a circle of what looks like layered extra paint that is already peeling and although it's still silver, its a dull spot that breaks the continuous shine of the rest of the job.

BAD SERVICE

Absolutely no communication with estimator and completion dates keep changing. Was not informed how backed up they were until they received parts for my car and I was committed. When work was done, they could not diagnose the electrical portion and told me to take my car to dealership to figure it out. Dealership confirmed they did not plug something and due to their mistake I had to pay out of pocket for diagnosis. Now I have to wait to be reimbursed from my insurance company. Never would recommend this shop. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
