The only thing I would say I wasn’t satisfied with was not being told up front that there was a 3% charge for using a credit card and then also you don’t accept checks otherwise I wld have brought cash.

I am comparing this experience with the experience I had years ago when someone sideswiped my truck with a trailer in Home Depot parking lot. No walk around at completion. Here' is your keys see ya later. Just not very personable anymore. No while your car is here would you like to address any other issue. When my truck went years earlier I was completely grateful at the time and courtesy that was given. Maybe its sign of the times?

When I got the truck back they actually washed it That was a nice surprise
