I've gone to Certified Collision for years and have had good experiences with all of my cars. For this experience, I hey quickly took my car to their shop and immediately started on the repairs. The repairs were great but there was a flap on my bumper that rubbed against my tire on the freeway. I was able to cut it and everything was fine after that!

I was told that I was wrong about how my wipers got messed up and that the marks on my windshield must have been there when my car was towed in. And it couldn’t have been done by anyone at the shop. My car was towed in for front fender and wheel damage nothing to do with windshield or wipers.
