I am completely satisfied with the service I received from Certified Collision Center. From the moment I walked in and found a snafu with my rental car to the time I returned to retrieve my car, you were courteous, professional, and helpful. The body work was immaculate and impressive. My BMW appears brand new, as though it was never damaged! Mark Z., my consultant, was personable, friendly, professional, and thorough. He explained the process, each step, and what to expect next. I love the use of the App and timely updates; this reduced my need for answers and need to contact you. I live in Stockton but would definitely return to Manteca for this professional experience!
