As soon as I left their parking lot I could tell by the loud noise coming from my left pasener side tire there was something wrong

Lack of communication. They never once reported to me on the progress of the repairs nor of the delays, they missed the projected time frame for the vehicle to be returned. when I finally did pick up my vehical there was a loud noise coming from the the area that the collision had happen. Only to take it back and wait another 35min for them to fix the problem. All that being said they where friendly, when I had to keep inquiring about my car.
