The repair you guys did was great. The reason for the eight and not a 10, it’s because of the cleanup that was not done. There was sanding dust all on the back of our back row seats inside the back compartment, and on all panels that were touched by technician. The OB plug was also hanging down from under the front dash. These are minor things that could’ve been done, and we would’ve been totally satisfied.

Collision Center was very pleasant to work with on repairing my car after an accident. They reviewed my car the same day it was received and had an initial estimate ready by the next day. I was able to go in to sign the paperwork that day which allowed them to then take the car apart and order parts needed for the repairs. The repairs took just over 2 weeks to complete but they were sure to keep me updated as to the repair status along the way. I appreciate all their work and collaboration to repair my car, and communicate with the insurance company as needed.
