For the most part I was happy with the experience and the work that was done. Customer Service was great. They were a pleasure to deal with. The gentleman that that looked at the truck and wrote up the quote was good. The only thing that I wasn't happy with was the adjustment on my exhaust. It's not the way it's supposed to be. I get why they did it that way but it's not the way it came from the factory. There is a clamp about a foot behind the exhaust tips. That you should be able to make your adjustments there and line up your tailpipes. Apparently, the factory tack welded it so you can adjust it from there. So I can only assume that they made there adjustments at the next clamp on the other side of the rear differential. Which twisted the exhaust tips where there is a drain hole that is now off to the side. It's really no big deal but I noticed it immediately and figured it would just adjust it myself when I got home. That's when I found out that that adjustment clamp had been tack welded. Other than that im happy with the overall work.
