Although there were several disruptions and delays in acquiring parts, especially for late model vehicles, which was beyond the control of CCC, they continued to do as much as they could to repair our vehicle. Many of the disruptions were due to a major fire which caused them to relocate their facility.

They did fix it. But I got hit in the back bumper so the other guys insurance paid for it.

There was NO communication whatsoever!!! I had to keep calling and asking to speak with other people until I finally got the Manager. Even at that point they would say, they would call me back in 10-20 minutes and never call me back. I would have to call back in an hour. I would call back and they knew nothing. They wouldn't help at first it was me that had to keep pushing everything. I was also the one that had to do the paperwork for the insurance because they couldn't do it. Worst experience!!!! It's also not the same place I dropped my car at. They moved it to a different location and still never told me! It wasn't until I picked it up, I was told my car was moved without me knowing.

Still waiting for completion. Parts missing. Unsafe door gate, locks on door struts missing. Rear door won’t close correctly. Wind makes a decompression as car drives due to unsealing rear door.

Cuando se dejó la pickup nos dieron un precio, y cuando la recogimos el precio cambio, estamos muy decepcionados, es como un robo, la pickup es de trabajo y pelearles la diferencia no Hiba a tener resultados. Por lo pronto no los voy a recomendar y les diré a los que busquen donde reparar su vehículo que les firmen que el precio que se acordó no cambie.
