Everyone was so kind and accommodating — there was one small glitch and I was told I can bring it back after the paint cures, to get it fixed. Thank you for all your help

There is one small issue on the rear right panel, where some dust got into the paint before drying. The technician told us to let the paint cure for 30 days and to bring it back then and they will fix it.

I will never take my car back to C&H horrible job my truck makes noise that it never made before and it also shake as well never ordered the parts that they supposed to my step up rail got hit in the accident process and not replaced as should also my alignment got knocked off due to the accident and my truck did not get an alignment so I asked to give y’all a zero dissatisfied about the work due to you having my truck for almost a month

Tell your tam even though I was satisfied I still have a couple of dissatisfaction which concerns the fact that we had to bring the car back because of not finished work which put me in a slight bind. All & all job well done.

C&H was great. The body work and paint matching were done well and our repairs were completed and delivered as scheduled. Any issues or concerns we had after receiving our repaired vehicle were conveniently coordinated and handled locally here in Fayetteville between Joe (C&H in Carrollton) and Lemetrius (affiliate shop Wren's in Fayetteville). Lemetrius was really easy to work with and helpful in getting the final touches and resolving any issues that I imagine are typical after a collision repair like the one C&H performed. Would recommend.
