Honestly seem like nice and trustworthy guys. Just need a secretary to help coordinate. Pretty frustrating to be wothout a vehicle for 6 extra days. I work in healthcare as a nurse. I need a reliable car.

Hard situation. Staff member experienced a family emergency. So I understand. But my car was supposed to be done Dec 23 and did not recieve the car until Dec 29th. Shop kept citing the family emergency. Must not be a good process for helping each others work. Also seemed to be blaming the insurance company for “not updating” on things like completion date or deductible. When I arrived to pick up the car I had to go knocking on random doors in the shop to find someone to give me my car. Everyone was super friendly. Maybe just overworked? Things would flow better if they had some sort of Secretary maybe.

Picked up vehicle yesterday drove home 5 miles no problem. Drove to work and after 10 minutes started getting vehicle overheating warning then vehicle kept shutting down. Waiting in a tow truck currently as I write this to get towed back to the dealership.
