Where do I begin?! First off, Dennis and Adam were well above and beyond what I had imagined, they are a great team and their team are all absolutely amazing, maintained constant communication, not only expressed but also showed genuine concern and interest in getting my vehicle completed on time, clean, and looking beautiful! Not only did my SUV come back to me on time, but they detailed my vehicle!! What company does this?!?! The team in the collision center are absolutely incredible! I personally am by far extremely happy with EVERYTHING and EVERYONE!! Dennis, thank you for your generosity on my deductible... you had me crying! I can’t express the gratitude and how grateful I am for ALL you have done for me, a stranger! Thank you collision team, Dennis, and Adam! I am so appreciative for your help with my Murano and everything that was completed for me!!!

Adam handled my claim incredibly. Dennis also worked with me in a great way. When I got my car back, I was shocked by how good it looked on the outside! However after getting it home. There was paint sprayed onto the top part of my passenger window which Adam addressed and took care of the same day. The plastic around the my fuel nozzle in the door isn't secure now and the nozzle forces the plastic to gouge into the fresh paint. Whoever cleaned my car did not clean any of the engine bay (which was pretty much spotless prior to the repairs) or open the trunk and clean around seals for the trunk. There is dust from sanding mainly in the engine bay. The last thing is the windows. Whoever cleaned the windows did an OK job at it. I had to clean the inside passenger side of my windshield when I got the car just so I could see out of it when driving into the sun, and half my passenger window is streaked up from cleaning supplies that weren't fully wiped off.
