I did not get any updates or text messages regarding my cars progress. I had to call myself to find out. I wasn’t told the car repair would be delayed either until the day before I was getting ready to pick it up.

They told me it would take 4 days but it took a month and then they made me pay $1000 even though it said multiple times in the insurance paperwork that I didn't have to and they wouldn't believe me or change it back for 3 hours

Happy with the finished product, but we were without a vehicle for a month, with no updates. We had to pay for a rental out of pocket because insurance only covers so many days. Felt very unorganized.
