Adam and Dennis were great but I had difficulty talking on the phone because it usually went to voicemail and it was always full. I appreciate the texting feature since it was my only method of communication. My radiator wasn't "burped" properly so my car overheated on the way home and was undriveable for 3 days until Dennis and the mechanic came to my house. However I'm very happy that they came to me to finish the process properly. The auto generated texts and Emails were inaccurate. They told me my car was moving along and also completed before it really was. When I asked about this I was told to just "ignore those, they're not accurate." So have you considered turning that feature OFF?

The final test on my car was not done properly so overheated on my way home however the mechanic came directly to my house and did the repair in my driveway

The communication of texting was great however it wasn't possible to call because it usually went to voicemail and the voicemail was consistently full. The auto generated texts were inaccurate and I was told to ignore them so I don't know why they were even turned on.

I think the repair was fine however my jeep was clean when I brought it in (inside and out) and there was a very heavy film all over the inside of the Jeep (I’m sure they had to take the soft top back in order to do the repair, but the materials used left a thick layer of heavy dust all over the inside that I would have expected to at least be vacuumed up since it happened because of the repair. Also there were splotches on the hood of what looked like that same dust. Or perhaps a dust cover could have been put down on the interior to keep that dust out of the electronics.
