Manager was amazing. Just seemed like a few things weren't completed when vehicle was marked done. Wire in dash wasn't connected, heat and AC did not work, and had to come back after vehicle died pulling out from shop first time and pushed it back into the next driveway. Also wires were not placed back correctly in engine bay.

My vehicle has been in for service longer than expected. Body shop was done in a timely manner, but the service shop is taking longer than expected just for a recall.

The lady that helped me schedule my initial appointment and body shop were very helpful and informative. Give them a 9. The service shop personell did not seem to know what was going on and I feel they dropped the ball when my vehicle went from the body shop to the service garage. Give them a 3
