My insurance carrier, Farmers, told me I would receive a rental car while mine was being repaired. My car was in the shop a week and asked for a rental twice and was told each time there was none available. You even have a sign posted above your service doors that you offer a rental if you have a deer/car accident, but again I was not able to get one. I have heard this same complaint from others which leads me to believe you offer them to no one .
