During the repairs, the inside of my car got very dirty (dirt and grease) and was not wiped down

I'm not sure but I think my jeep has a "sway" over certain bumps...trying to actually pinpoint what I'm feeling before I bother returning it to the shop

Overall I had high hopes of going here. However, I did not like the fact of me having to call first about the vehicle I dropped off (to get a status and review what needs repair). Also, I would have liked to be more informed about what's being replaced and a timeline for repairs. I did not need an exact date, but I was renting a vehicle at the time and needed an approximation. Also, the detail for the Jeep was horrible. The liquid spill that occurred from the crash was still on the seat in plain view. Which leads me to believe nothing was done other then a quick wipe of the interior with a greasy product. Very disappointed and ended up cleaning the vehicle myself. The body work itself looks to be pretty good and the paint blended well.

Overall the paint and repair looks really good and was blended well.

I dropped off my vehicle and didn't hear anything from the body shop for about 5 days. I then called to see if I could get a timeline. After that, communication improved.

After our Jeep had been in the body shop fro a week, we received a call and they told us that when the tech opened the hood, there was coolant spraying everywhere and that we would be required to pay for the repairs because it wasn't caused by the deer. Fast forward 3 weeks and I received a text telling me that our Jeep was done and the service department did not find a coolant leak. How could it be spraying everywhere one minute and then know leak at all. We were stressed about it for 3 weeks, only to find out the information was incorrect. We were without our Jeep for a month. When we did receive it, the lock/unlock button on the driver's door handle did not work. My wife drove it all the way back up there and this time we were told that they put a used door on it and the wire harness in the door was different, so the button never got connected. Shouldn't the tech have noticed that there was no connector present for that button? Now they have to order a new harness and we'll have to take our Jeep back up there. This is a leased Jeep and all these extra trips that we are having to make are hurting us on miles. That is 60+ miles round trip for every time we have to go there. Very disappointed in the service that we have received. I honestly expected better from Champion!
