Bumper took 2 weeks to arrive and then it was damaged when I brought my truck in to have it placed. Took 2 days instead of 4 hours. Still wondering why it took 2 weeks to get bumper and then when damage was found on new bumper it only took 1 day to get another one?

My vehicle still had scratches on the black trim over my rear tire on the passenger side. White spot on the gas cover and dent in the bottom of the black trim on passenger side door where deer hit my vehicle.
