Parts did not arrive on time or correctly. Pushing completion of work out weeks further than planned. Staff on site gave multiple excuses, sometimes undermining what previous employee said. “Door is not here, vehicle is getting painted, door is still not here”. Why would vehicle be in paint if part is not available? Vehicle was in the shop close to a month. When work was completed on the door, they were going to send us on our way without replacing the damaged rim. Luckily we asked about it to find out, lo and behold, it was on order (after nearly a month of waiting for the door) Lastly, quick stop made my wife take the damaged rim back to collision for no reason. It’s almost as this was a joke to the staff on site. Not a serious facility. Will not do any business with Champion Ford Owensboro again. Either purchasing a vehicle or minor oil change, will not return. Speaking with friends and family, this type of work seems to be part and parcel for Champion Ford. They did waive the deductible, which was the least they could do and appreciated. But the time wasted due to this whole process is ridiculous. I’ll drive out to Henderson or Evansville next time.

Not happy at all had my Truck for 2 months all that was done was a rusty wheel put on was lied to by the body shop staff Ryen an Matt did not fix my truck like they said they would and on top of all that Duke Brubaker talked to me like dirt beneath his feet I will never step foot on champion Ford lot again and will stop my oil changes there in my edge I purchased there new will never be on that lot again ever that’s all I have to say for now

Truck was in body shop 45 days and still had paint runs and missing paint and a new scratch added. Bumper was not even touched

Took two months to get in the shop. Said that they would have all parts ordered so when it got there it would be quick. When I dropped it off they said a week maybe two. IT took them two months do finish repairs. There never was an update from staff we always had to call
