We are THRILLED by the Collision Center’s work!!! I will go nowhere else. My ONLY complaint is with the Insurance Company’s demanding that the shop use a part from a vendor that the shop has never done business with prior. This caused the part to be delayed in sending it to the shop and when it finally arrived, it was the wrong part!! Almost 3 weeks of repair time elapsed because of this which caused us to exhaust our rental coverage. We are not happy with the Insurance Company.

Was towed it would be a week week and a half was over two week repair. When I got the vehicle back, the headlights were not adjusted properly. Had to use my high beams to get down the road to get back home. Had to take it back to have it adjusted and the bumper Was not installed properly
