Not impressed with the service I received at all. I have been a customer of Champion since I bought my car in 2021 brand new from you. I waited two months to get my car fixed after the estimate which was fine.Then once I did drop my car off they hadn’t even ordered the parts needed to fix. I was told this was because the guy who helped me originally messed everything up and didn’t do his job correctly which caused them to not have the correct information to order the parts needed. But this is false, my husband and I met with Matt Roberts originally to get the estimate, pictures taken of the car and give him the information needed to get us on the schedule. But he never owned up to it was him who made the mistake Mr. Roberts kept blaming an employee who I had never met or spoken to before. When in reality it was him who made the mistake. I was never communicated with during the time I dropped my car off. I had to call multiple time over the course of 3 weeks to find out when my car would be done. It took 3 weeks to get my car back after having over 2 months to order the necessary parts. I also had a dent in my front hood of the car, I was told during my estimate that the dent guy would repair my dent. I told them I would pay for this separately as this was not caused by the accident I was in. When I picked up the dent was still in my hood, never repaired like I was told it would be by Mr. Roberts. I’m so displeased with the service I received that I do not plan on using champion ever again. I was actually looking into purchasing a new car from you guys, until this happened. Very disappointed

Courteous, patient and informative. I came in to get a couple of items from the car and they gathered what I needed as I waited in the office. Also requested photos of damage and those were promptly emailed to my account.
