Lack of communication. The first contact after dropping off the car was a call that the car was finished and was ready for pickup ... No pre-work estimate or discussion about the work to perform. I actually wanted some non-insurance work done but ....

Work was good, communication was terrible. The first communication was the car was finished and ready for pickup. I did not receive any prior work communication on the work to be performed (I was told I would contacted) or no status updates. I wanted other non accident work done but .... I already provided feedback via a text received this week ( same survey). There is definitely and communication issue within Chandler.
