I've worked in the automotive business for 11 years and trained on how to spot body work. My car was backed into when i was parked at home so i had to go through the guys insurance. I picked Chandlers because it was closest and after i went there i found out they are quite good at what they do. Customer service was prompt and excellent, better than any dealership i have ever worked at in speed and accuracy. The work done on my car was flawless. If i did not know that my door had been replaced i would have never figured it out with everyday use. Even tell tale signs of a panel being painted were so minimal it would be easy to miss. Overall excellent job and i would go there again for any body work even over any dealers or body shops i work with.

Very good with timing to repair my car and I appreciate that it was vacuumed and washed! Stacie and Tommy were the ones who helped me when I was there and they were wonderful to work with. Overall I am very impressed with the service I received!

I was notified Thursday, May 26th that my vehicle was complete and ready for pickup. Once within 10 feet of the vehicle it was obvious the work was incomplete. The front passenger side fender was sticking out and wasn't flush with the side skirt. There was over spray on virtually every panel of the car. I expressed my complaints, stating it was incomplete. Because it was close to closing time, They pulled it in very fast to "finish the job." Again, the car was still incomplete, as they only fixed the fender issue. I felt pressured to take the car and go, even though I wasn't satisfied, as it was close to closing time. When pulling away and into a parking lot across the street, I was baffled by how much overspray I found. I pulled back into Chandlers and saw an employee locking up. I showed him the overspray and he simply said "come back when you have time." I came back the next morning as soon as the shop opened. They took the car and extended my rental for another day. After recieving the car back for the third time on Fridayl, May 27th, there is still overspray to be found on the car.

I think there is an area that was accidentally sprayed or buffed away. I thought it would rub off but I haven't been able to get this weird film off. I didn't notice it until I opened (my daughter's) door. It's kind of inside the door Jam area...
