I think the shop did a great job on the repair, communication was lacking, i would receive auto generated text messages that would update the status but it wasn’t really accurate, I had to phone the shop about the status of the car, on the day I was to pick it up, apparently the paint was not mixed correctly so it took an additional 3 days till I was able to pick the vehicle up. I had already returned the rental car the day the repair was to be completed. It was an inconvenience but we made it work with one vehicle.

It took the shop more then 3 months to have my car ready. Liberty Mutual did not care to make sure the shop had all the parts needed for the repair of my car.
