It’s my second experience with Chaney’s collision center 1st was in 2017 and agian these year. I have had great service that speakers for itself the walk over all that is need and the parts they give your a time frame when the car will be ready if any delays occurred they notify you instantly. My car was even cleaned when released to me thank you for your precision

Very pleased with the whole experience. Esmeralda was so very nice, kind and knowledgeable whenever we had questions about the repair process or next steps. Also, receiving text messages throughout the repair keeping me informed of where Chaney’s was at with our vehicle was extremely helpful. It was nice not having to call to get updates. Very pleased and will use Chaney’s for any of our future vehicle repair needs. Thank you!

The car came back incomplete and with extra damage. They did not take any care of fixing the entire damage and caused further damage too the front bumper, the headlight and never replaced the 3 right side pieces of trim. They GLUED together my headlight instead of replacing it.

Love the work you did. Looks beautiful. The steering was tighter and slightly pulls to the left but I know you didn't do the alignment. Otherwise wonderful work.
