I know i have an older bmw 2003 745li so its not no 2016 but i would expect a little better quality in the body work you can see the da sanding marks where they fixed it and they set my air bag light by unpluging the drivers door and turning the key on to. Also had my linkages to open the door bound up so you could not open the drivers door from the inside. To me the airbag wasnt a big deal because i have the bmw software to clear it but just to tell me the cars done and not even tell me that they set the airbag light on and let me leave then notice it . And to top it off when i got to work from picking it up i couldnt get out.so i took it apart and fixed it also. i just dont appreciate that. I understand it hard to find employees who really care about there work now days so it sucks when your stuck taaking your caar to sombody that doesnt care like you do for your own.

The customer service was great i just dont like not being told my airbag light was set and just letting me leave with telling me. I work for a small company thats been around for 35 plus years and theres no reason not to be upfront and honest with a customer.
