Very pleased, very courteous. only one thing was missed, the removal of debris in the lift gate (trunk)open liquor bottle’s could have been a problem if I were for any reason stopped.

I had called Fernando on the week of Dec 15,2023 since there was still minor issues not fully completed on my vehicle, he had mentioned Francisco would be taking over any issues on my vehicle moving forward and that he had left for the day, I was expecting a call from Francisco and now we are on Dec 21 and haven’t heard back at all, it always seems like Francisco is gone and Fernando is always having to carry on all the weight which does not show a team effort as a whole. And it also does not show support for the team . There seems to be a huge communication issue and if im being honest there shouldn’t be any reason that we are past a month and after going back and forth my car isn’t done completely.
