Everything was done well and I was so impressed with the quality of the repair work, my 12 year old cat looks brand new! Also, Jason was really easy to work with — he was personable, nice and professional — he made everything better! If ever need another repair, I’ll call Chaney’s and I’m also telling all of my friends about Chaney’s because they do a good job and treat the customer right. Bravo 👏🏼

The communication was not nearly up to par. I understand that the parts were hard to find, however there were very few updates until I prompted them. According to the representative, wrong parts were ordered, installed and reinstalled. WHen I finally got it, i noticed that my trunk release button and housing are broken, not to mention a major sensor in the engine bay not plugged back in, causing dash light to turn on.
