Eugene was very pleasant. He kept me well informed. I knew exactly what was being done to my car each week. Because of that, I referred my husband to him and he took care of him ASAP as well. I am so happy with finished work on my vehicle. The work was completed sooner than I thought. Looks brand new!! Also, the front office coordinator was very pleasant and polite. She answered any questions that I had. Thank you!

The work should be checked by a senior member of your organization before a customer is called and asked to pick up their car. I went to your office and had to leave the car to be worked on some more.

Have yet to notice any issues or problems witht he repairs. Still early but looks great to me. Communication was good and work was done well (at this point in time).
