Communication was poor I was always told oh will give you a call or a text soon and never did I always had to be the one to ask for a update and promised a date or time that they never planned to actually make Because there was always another issue for its delay. After couple weeks of that and then having the final pick up day delayed from early noon to after 5pm only to find the trucks tires were under inflated and the right headlight not working was incredibly frustrating. So now I’ll have to find a time and day to go back and have them figure out issue with the headlight.

Spoke with Kelsey multiple times for updates but she never had an answer was on hold for up to 10-15 mins. She stated Tabatha is the only one who runs business there and I couldn’t any updates from anyone else there. She was always busy to provide updates and was told multiple times they would get back to me but didn’t until a couple days later by a text message.. one message was even for a different customer. Kelsey said she was new. Had confrontations with her and Tabatha about the status of my vehicle a lot just to get an update.

Everyone was nice but lacked good communication. I understand there was a lot more workload given one less person but I was not kept up to date with my car and was told I would get a call back same day but wasn’t, twice. I also wasn’t called the next day so I had to call the next day myself. The first time I was told I would receive an email with an update and picture of the status of my car but never got that email. I was told my car would be done by the 14th and didn’t get a call at all that day, not even to tell me I wouldn’t get my car on that day.

Patrick was so awesome to work with! Like seriously, this guy is the best! The car was also done very quickly, and I was kept informed of everything along the way. I can't imagine a better experience getting your car repaired.
