When I got there the first time the adjustor, was very polite. Gave me a quote, there was no pressure to get my car fixed there; which is extremely important. Terelle helped me thereafter I brought my car in. Nice guy, kept me informed about my car throughout. Gave me estimate date and let me know if they found other things damaged and how they were going to fix it.
