The technicians who completed the repairs/body work on my 2016 Kia soul did an absolutely outstanding job! The advisor(Terelle Greene)that facilitated the entire process, by far exceeded any new customers expectation, when it came to customer service and communication. 10/10 recommend! When the other collision center said we CANT fix that, Chaney's Collision Center said hold my beer bitches, watch this! If you do go to Chaney's ask for TERRELL, my man is outstanding, he knows what customer service is all about and will always keep you posted on the progress of your vehicle. Need a rental? Ask Terrell, need to extend your rental ask Terrell, I'm kidding dont ask him becasue its already done! He works for YOU, NOT the insurance company so you know there will be no shortcuts. I can't stress enough how thorough the techs and Terrell are when it came to fixing my car, they are just shy of miracle workers!! If you don't believe me, just see for yourself, ask for Terrell, you'll leave feeling like you've made a new friend!

So disappointed, I came back to dead battery and they said I brought it in like that woow what customer service. Never will I go back again. To put the cherry on top they did a horrible job! Huge gap in between my trunk and bumper. I really thought I was in good hands boy was I wrong. Never will I go back or anyone I know.
