Damage still visible and have to make another appointment to have it repaired which will be few days of another rental car. I paid my deductible and my car was not fully repaired. Very disappointing and unacceptable.

Carley at the front desk was a delight to work with both on the phone & in person. She was very professional but also very sweet & friendly. I did not speak to anyone who actually did the work on my car which is the only thing that could be improved on~~ but that is just my opinion . Thank you to all of you at Chardon Square!!! Would’ve been a town except we had to come back and have a part reattached that was left loose
