However, since u asked, I think it’s outrageous that a 6” x 12” piece of 7mm plastic should cost either me or the insurance company $2,200. I realize everyone has to make a living, but some balance is a good thing. Also had you asked if I wanted the car a day earlier instead of the detailing, I’d have gone for the day earler. However, what a nice job they did. It’s so clean! Do u do detailing as a separate thing? And . . . I was disconcerted to find all my items in one bag. Which I suppose was necessary for detailing, more than for repairs. Well, u did ask

Excellent experience! I called on a Tuesday. The car went in on Thursday - estimate submitted to insurance and parts ordered on Friday. And my car was ready for pick up on the following Tuesday. Extremely fast turn around time. The girls at the front desk were great with communication and setting up for the drop off and return of my rental car. Hoping we will not need body work in the future, but if we do - this will be our go to. 5 stars! Thanks for everything.
