I made an appointment for a quote because I wanted to pay for repairs out of pocket. Patty gave me a number that made me file an insurance claim. The repairs came back 1k less than Patty's quote. She then told me I could cancel the claim with the insurance company and my premiums would not go up. I called the insurance company to verify and they said it was not ture.

Aside from the wait time (which was a supply chain issue) it was great. Sierra and Patty were very communicative and kept me updated throughout the entire process. my truck came back significantly cleaner than I gave it to them, and service was quick and with a smile. I do feel bad for the guys that cleaned my truck though, because it will be just as filthy as it was by the end of next week
