My only small negative is that I asked for an oil change and tire rotation and specified full synthetic. The person that set it up through the oil and tire business failed to specify the type of oil or my tire rotation. I’ll live, just disappointed I need to have this done later

Sierra is a very nice person. She will help you in anyway possible. I would have like them to detail the interior of my truck. It was cleaned. Just needed to do more to get all the dust out. I have use Chardon Square Collection a few times and they do a great job.

We had a terrific experience with Chardon collision. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name but the young lady at the desk was always extremely kind and helpful!!! They did the work as quickly as possible and the truck looked great when they were done!!!!
