My fender was not aligned with the bumper. While I did voice concern about the original quote being raised by over $100, I was a bit perplexed as to why I was not called to be asked whether or not I wanted to pay $78 more to get the bumper bracket fixed and have the job done right. Sierra, however, has been pleasant and helpful throughout, and Rob (I hope I got his name right) agreed to straighten things out -- so to speak -- for no extra charge, so while I'm frustrated, I also appreciate you guys making good. Otherwise, the fender looks pretty darn good; especially the paint matching.

I would recommend Chardon Square Collision to people. The only reason I haven't given them an overall 10 rating is because I haven't had to turn on my headlights yet after they were replaced. I assume that they work fine but I haven't tried them yet.

Excellent work. Great customer service. They went above and beyond. They did extra that I need on my Civic. My air conditioning is nice and cold. Kept me informed along the way. My car was detailed when it was done. So pretty again. They make it very easy process. Oh and they have candy and water in the office. Thank you for taking care of my Civic. Another satisfied customer.
