A white thick fluid leaked out the bottom vents on the driver’s door (near the hinge side and from the middle vent). The detail cleaning was unexpected and impressive. The driver’s door looks like new. Very pleased overall. Let me know what the fluid is.

Just not what I remember from having body work done at this shop just a couple of years ago.

Don't take enough care to spell customer's name exactly correct. The day I picked up the car it seemed like the two ladies and one gentleman of desk staff were new but it was the same faces. E.G., My prior two trips inside the office area I had to speak first, stating my name, and only then did the one person handling my paperwork speak to me. Perhaps I was interrupting an important text or the cartoon on the TV. Did somebody just happen to speak to them about it or was it just a coincidence. There is sure the impression that the two ladies don't speak to each other.
