Extremely professional and super sweet. Carly answered my million phones calls as I have NEVER damaged a vehicle in my 27 years and helped through the process and to make sure I did everything correctly. I also want to thank who took the time on my car to make it nice on the inside as well after replacing my bumper and pretty much the whole front under carriage of my highlander. Amazing job!

The repair -- hatch gate -- looks and works great. It was finished early, and the staff that I met were all friendly, courteous and professional. A very good experience.

The work looks great as far as I can tell, you accommodated me not picking up the truck right away because I was out of town, and due to the 24 inches of snow at my house. I was perturbed originally because when I brought the truck there for my first appointment during a snowstorm, I was told when I walked in that you were rescheduling appointments, after I had already driven up there and my wife had followed me there. A phone call would’ve been nice. I did reschedule.
