It took a long time for Honda to find my estimate, and then they said it was outdated or lost or something. Then they had to get another estimate. This was after they told us to take the car to Honda for repair. They finally got the estimate and proceeded to repair the car. We finally went to the repair shop as they were supposed to call us, and never did. I looked the car over and did not except it as the repairs were bad. Scratches still in the paint, a chip not fixed at all, bumper not aligned right,inner lift gate panel had a broken panel and whole panel was loose, Paint on the seats and steering wheel.Finally after all the hassle we went through, I accepted the car. Over all I would not recommend Honda for body work.

The damage to my car were repaired on time as promised, Jasson was very professional, courteous, honest and very knowledgeable when it comes to doing his job.
