Charles County Auto Body is an (A PLUS PLUS) Shop! My SUV had rear bumper and trunk damage. I met with the Estimator (Colby Stevenson) who was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. She did an assessment of the damage/advised what parts were needed. She notified me when the parts came in/provided the repair quote. I dropped my SUV off/received daily vehicle updates/notifications. My vehicle was ready a day before the estimated date! They did a SUPERB JOB!! The (OEM)manufacture parts were put on in tack. The dent in the trunk was untraceable. The paint was blended/spot on. There is no EVIDENCE that my vehicle had been damaged at all. Again, the work performance was OUTSTANDING!! There was no stress or frustration involved in this entire process. If you are in need of excellent top-notch repairs and professionalism, look no further than the Town of Indian Head (Charles County Auto Body Shop).

The personal customer service experience was fantastic. Step by step notifications on my vehicle repair process was conveyed to me all during the repair process. My car rental needs were handled with perfection allowing me to focus on other personal items. The repair work was more than I expected. My vehicle looked as good as the day it was purchased.
