Charles was very helpful in arranging a rental vehicle (paid by my insurance) and taking care of warranty repairs to my hybrid Pacifica, which required moving the vehicle to two different Chrysler dealerships. Unfortunately the dealerships were very slow in repairing my electrical problems, but Charles County Auto acted as go-between, nagging the dealers for me and keeping me informed. In other words, CC Auto did a great job, even though Chrysler's service left a LOT to be desired.
