I was first introduced to Charles County Auto Body (CCAB) in 2004 when they, along with my insurance company, saved my new Ford Ranger from being totaled. CCAB did an excellent job and a great repaint job. In 2021 I decided to repair my two cars that had some minor damage around 1,000 to 2,000 dollars. I was treated with old time customer service. I’m a hard person to impress, but CCAB did an exceptional job all-round: in appraising the damage, explaining the repairs, keeping me informed. The color match was excellent on the silver 2010 Chevrolet Malibu and on the metallic clear coat red on my 2016 Ford Escape. They met deadlines and stayed within the estimates. They also on each repair found ways to serve me and make my visit pleasant. They went above and beyond in service and repair skill. I would rate CCAB 11 stars out of 10. Having lived in Waldorf for 35 years and used several different auto body repair shops, and finding them on the short side, I will stick with Charles County Auto Body. They are a short and pleasant drive away from the hustle and bustle of Waldorf, just down 210 South to Indian Head. They are well worth the visit. Destin
