The customer service and quality of repairs at Charles County Auto Body is exceptional. The quote was very reasonable. They stayed within that budget. They kept in constant contact with me throughout to update me on the status of repairs. Even though the work I had done was inexpensive, they still washed and vacuumed my car before I picked it up. If I ever need additional work, I would make the trip to see them again.

I love everything about this place. Their customer service and communication is absolutely wonderful. Mike and Charles kept me updated every step of the way. They were quick and efficient with my vehicle repairs. They literally had my car for 8 days and my baby looks beautiful and brand new. You guys are my first choice when I’m ready to customize my vehicle and I will definitely be recommending.
