Charlie’s kept me informed about the progress of my repairs. Operating under the constraints of insurance, they did their best to complete the work in a timely manner. I appreciate them handling everything thing with the insurance company as far as obtaining the parts needed. My car was returned to me washed, which I knew would happen. But I was amazed to find that they had also wiped down and vacuumed the inside! My car, I am sorry to say, was filthy, so it was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely give Charlie,s my repeat business.

I was extremely pleased with their work!! Very professional and polite, good communication. I had taken my car there due to having been hit by someone and they were helpful in coordinating the rental car for me as well. Work was done in about 2 days which was great and they washed my car and even took an extra step to clean up my foggy headlights 😊 Would recommend highly!
