The team explained and set reasonable time expectations. The front desk staff, Nate, was very pleasant to chat with and seems quite knowledgeable considering his prior work history is apparently from an entirely different industry. Justin, the adjuster, was thorough. He walked the vehicle with me at initial appointment, during intake, and again when work was completed. As he committed, he kept his promise to follow up in time frames set forth of Tuesdays and Thursdays. Work was completed as predicted and the car detail was a wonderful surprise! I also had an additional request that I forgot about until I went through the final walk through with Justin, and he accommodated my request with no issue. Justin and Nate make Chaz Unlimited look great. I am sure other people say it, but these gentlemen need a pay raise! I am certain the folks behind the scenes need one too as my truck is looking like brand new. Phenomenal work, thank you!
