They are super friendly people. Nate and Marielle made everything a smooth process. I dropped my car off on the 8th, and it was ready for pickup on the 22nd. I can’t even tell if it was ever damaged! Also, thanks to the people in the back that made my car look brand new again. Thanks, Chaz!

Absolutely phenomenal workmanship and customer service! I am amazed at how beautiful my bumper looks, it’s practically brand new again. Thank you for keeping me in the loop with all the updates through text. You surprised me! When I got it back, you had vacuumed the inside!! Thank you so very much, Christmas came early for this mama. I’m sorry for not cleaning it out. And thanks for not throwing my kids random rocks away, we paint rocks during winter. Thank you again for fixing my baby<3

I've used Chaz in Fairbanks/ Ft wainwright twice over the years. Hence why I chose anchorage. Definitely not the same service. Fairbanks did a great clean and detail from.the broken glass to spilled drinks. And was done in two and three months time line with same damage. Passenger side collisions on both vehicles.

Well to start, the windshield was cracked and you could see from the passenger side impact where the glass was broken and cracked out. But after sitting for 5 months the windshield cracked out even further. It was put in as a repair but never done and I was told to get with insurance regarding that. Second, someone attached/ 3m taped my rain deflectors on the passenger side glass and not the door, so when I rolled down my windows the passenger backdoor glass deflector fell off and nearly loss the passenger front side when driving home. Someone clearly wasn't paying attention. Third, I had a weather tech front and rear mat when dropped. I appreciate the cleaned front Matt's, but my rear is missing? You can see the carpet marks from where is was attached and been laying. But was not there when I went home. Don't know when or where it was taken out during the 5 months it was with you.
