Your shop caused additional damage to my vehicle—not once, but twice. When I finally received a text message that repairs were complete, it was obvious that they were not when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, and those repairs still do need to be completed.

I appreciate how Jason took such good care of us and settled everything with our insurance. He was available to report progress as well. I needed more than a couple hours notice/ with my reply about when the repairs were complete as I live 350 miles from Anchorage and it was difficult to find someone at short notice to get the truck.

I appreciated how they kept me in the loop every step of the way. No surprises. Some of the parts had to be back ordered knowing that in advance made the experience less stressful. Also loved that the interior of my car was nice and clean all the baby Gooby was gone thanks.
