I feel this repair should not have taken 15 days. Also there is a slight dent/impression above the passenger side front wheel well above the cladding that I strongly feel was not there when I dropped off the vehicle. I know this because I hand washed the car in the garage the day before drop off and did not notice it. I have a picture of the impression. It bugs me because the car has less than 1300 miles. Also on a more curious note. Why was there a need to connect a phone to our system? And why was there a need to have a open hood? It showed open on our app up until the day before pick up. This was after the sunroof repair and my inspection of the scratches/chips.
